AI agents that do the work, not just answer questions
An AI agent is software that carries out a multi-step job for you: it reads, searches, reasons and produces a result you can use, not just a chat reply. I build agents and automations into the systems your business already runs, with cost limits and human review where it matters. Two of them are on this page for you to try, so you can see exactly what they do before we talk.
Try it live
Two working AI agents, running right here on whatever you give them. They're built with the same guardrails — cost limits, rate limits and abuse protection — that go into everything I ship.
Live business analyst
Give it a company or a market. It searches the web and comes back with a grounded briefing — opportunities, risks and next moves.
Document → structured data
Upload a PDF or an image — an invoice, a form, a contract, a receipt — and watch it turn into clean, structured JSON.
A quick human check keeps the demos free for real visitors. Please don't upload anything confidential: what you enter is sent to a third-party AI service to process it. I don't store it. See the privacy notice.
Sound familiar?
- Staff spend hours on research, reading and re-keying that follows the same steps every time
- You want more than a chatbot: something that actually completes a task end to end
- Documents, emails and PDFs arrive as unstructured text that someone has to process by hand
- You've seen AI demos but nothing you could point at and say "do that for us"
What you get
- A working agent built on your real workflow and data, deployed where your team can use it
- Live research and analysis: an agent that gathers current information and reports back
- Document to structured data: turn invoices, forms and contracts into clean JSON or spreadsheet rows
- Guardrails built in: cost limits, abuse protection, audit logging and human review
- Integrated into your existing .NET, Node.js or cloud systems, with full ownership and no lock-in
Ways to work together
Every engagement starts with a small, paid, fixed-price first step. That's where requirements are gathered and the scope and cost estimate for the rest of the work are written, so you know what you're committing to.
Automation review
from £1,500
A fixed-price review that finds the highest-value task to automate, ranks the options by value and effort, and gives you a costed plan to build it.
Agent build
Estimated from the review
The full agent or automation, built in stages against the plan and integrated into your systems.
Ongoing care
from £195 / month
Hosting, monitoring, cost control and improvements as your needs change.
Common questions
What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers a question. An agent completes a task: it can search the web, read your documents, call your systems and work through several steps before giving you a finished result. The two demos on this page show the difference — one researches a company live, the other turns an uploaded document into structured data.
Are the demos on this page real?
Yes. Both run a live AI model on whatever you give them, in real time. They're deliberately limited to keep them safe and affordable to run in public, but they do the real work, not a canned animation.
Is it safe to send our business data to an AI agent?
It depends on the data and the service. For the public demos, don't upload anything confidential. For your own build, personal or sensitive data is kept out of prompts where it isn't needed, production uses business AI services that don't train on your data, and audit logging and human review are built in where decisions matter.
How do you stop the running cost getting out of control?
Every agent I build has hard cost limits and rate limits built in, the same way the demos on this page do. You see the expected cost per run before anything goes live, and the limits stop a fault or misuse from running up a bill.
Which AI model do you use?
The one that fits the job, chosen on accuracy, cost and where your data is processed. The build is structured so the model can be swapped later without rebuilding your system.
